You can't sue someone for what might happen. GSLR Municipal Council is required by law to meet with its constituents upon request, and CCB is one. Moreover, the signed settlement agreement includes that requirement. Your revisionist viewpoints are not consistent with reality.

I posted clear evidence that CCB holds immovable real rights in GSLR. They very certainly are a constituent, despite your ignorance. CCB does not own taxable land.
