You say you want to improve communications. Perhaps you could explain how people are going to lose their homes and businesses. There are no homes or businesses on the parcel of land being studied by the CPTAQ. If there was ever to be expropriation, it would only be to the extent needed to operate the mine (in other words, boundaries would shift a little bit). The nearest dwelling is nearly 600 ...more

Says the man who just finished threatening a $10million lawsuit.  CCB was required by law to file a lawsuit against the Municipality of GSLR. That has been explained many times. Council waited until the Superior Court hearing was imminent to rescind the bylaw that triggered the lawsuit. And yet you blame CCB for that. There always was a better path, but GSLR chose this one. In three and a ...more

You can't sue someone for what might happen. GSLR Municipal Council is required by law to meet with its constituents upon request, and CCB is one. Moreover, the signed settlement agreement includes that requirement. Your revisionist viewpoints are not consistent with reality.

I posted clear evidence that CCB holds immovable real rights in GSLR. They very certainly are a constituent, despite your ignorance. CCB does not own taxable land. They hold development stage mineral rights. If advanced to exploitation stage mineral rights, there will indeed be significant taxes paid. Moreover, CCB has spent millions of dollars in the local community, and more when Quebec as a ...more

No, that's not what he said. He's predicting potentially violent feuds between neighbouring landowners in GSLR. And he is not a CCB shareholder, even if that once was true.

Another lie to try and cover up the lie. I read it within a few minutes of it being posted and there were no threats of violence to anyone. Alex using YOUR theory of hold the company responsible for what random people say on the internet and I've caught you in a lie on GSLR's behalf. I guess I should be saying all people from GSLR lie. But then again I don't follow your theories or ...more

it was his(who knows who this person actually is) opinion of of the possible outcome of deals made by neighbors to the project in the future. And his opinion that the neighbors who have made the decision not to make a deal then see the benefits "could get violent with one another". I'm sorry Alex but your opinion makes zero sense. Any publicly traded company has no control over what ...more

Alex we are talking about the same person and same comment. It's the internet though, how are you so certain the person's real name is Ryan? Or that they live or even have lived in Ontario. Those are assumptions you have made based on comments the person has made. I simply pointed out "he" did not threaten anyone with violence like you indicated "he" did. I'm busy ...more
