RE:CCB offer clarification

RE:CCB offer clarification Well now there you go again Alex, first the Agreement bwas penned and agreed to the previous mayor and council and was the basis for their two letters of acceptability to CPTAQ,of the mining project. Why else would those two letters be sent, obviously, and it contained much more than this "offer" for instance, the agreement contained a much greater land mass than needed because GSLR wanted a large parcel of land for recreational and tourism plans and their vision, so in complience CCB held down and holds a far greater land mass than it needed in order to protect it from other mining companies that could swoop in and stifle those plans , but this offer is to the new council and mayor and is the framework and proposed agena to be worked on, and as well Alex, at the bottom, beyond where CPTAQ agrees to reopen the file and application to be worked on with vigour, you will see a short sentance wherein MERN is acceptable to CCB should GSLR request their assistance during negotiations and then the new council and mayor have regulatory background right from the regulator. There are much ore things under the sun than we know Alex and it's only by co;operation that they can  be sorted out.
