Its an open book that everyone can see. If any logical person or group wants to hammer out protocols, they do it together to make sure they somewhat see eye-to-eye. GSLR should not cancel meetings because CCB may not have played by the ever changing line drawn in the sand. Two mature parties that would work together should provide each other with information to make this process as efficient and binding as possible.
One more thing Alex is that you are out of touch with what is going on around outside your community. We have a climate emergency where heat records are being smashed and people are dying by the tens of thousands and this graphite is needed NOW to construct prototypes of SMRs to remove diesel generators. So while you complain about your friend's maples being compromised, the minor dust and the sounds that would bother the neighbours, you priorities are completely out the window. There's a reason why no one has given you a single thumbs up on this forum for months. Its because no normal reader can rationalize your take on the situation.
