Can't keep a good dog down

Can't keep a good dog downStock is up and yet financials don't incliude the US$1 millon contingency that the company signalled under the previous CEO. What happened to that? Swept under the rug by the Harder/McWilliam faction who are clearly back in the driving seat?

Bourbon Lorne doesn't have quite the same ring to it. Any suggestions?
