Most companies do not pay a salary to board members and if they do it's insignificant, especially in struggling penny stocks with no cash. Usually options are granted in my experience with companies that I have been involved with at a shareholder/board level. Seems he would have been smart enough to negotiate that before he took the job. Go look at his resume, kind of laugable actually. I also know what he was trying to do that was rebuffed. Yes he did such a great job while in the CEO position that he was sent packing, that makes a lot of sense. No financing, no drilling, no JV....it's all good. Go check out mr ecclestone's resume and tell me he's the guy you want as the CEO of CCD.
Maybe they are all dirtbags just trying to line their own pockets before it's all shut down, that could be the case.
