RE:RE:AGM Sadly, SOS has won the day.
Those “elected” administrators as intelligent as they are, have
Only proven in their past history that they are only in place for themselves,
Using the shareholders to keep them afloat.
In addition we have seen that their ability to move a company forward
Only exists in mind and not reality.
They just collect a paycheck and will probably milk CCD and its shareholders for every penny they can until we hit bankruptcy then it’s on to the Next “xyz company”
Incredible how CCD mineral potential has been used as “bait” to persist this BS over the years.
As for the AGM....Due to the trying times that we are in (and mind you this is another excuse that will probably used as a stall tactic as to why they cannot move forward)
The meeting should have
Been held over the net using Zoom or the like so many more shareholders
Could have participated in safety and had their say.
Then again I do not think most of the Shareholders care enough anyway! Even when losing their money!
And this is why this scenario exists.
