RE:Almost all goals of Made in China 2025 are dependent on REEsChris Grove: You have touched on an aspect that is so fundamentally important and this speaks to the underlying and huge reality that the ruling Chinese Communist Party believes that it can only have political stability IF the Chinese people are happy, and this happiness comes from having food on the table, a job to make money to put that food on the table, and then also a clean environment -and food that is not contaminated by industrial pollutants.

All of these points come back to jobs, and the REE manufacturing sector has been expanded exponentially in the last couple of decades and it is this demand for the REE's that is so significant, and so important to understand in that China cannot supply its' own manufacturing industries with enough REE's at this time.

China being a net importer of both the REE's and fluorspar is something most people thought would never happen, but it has and there is no turning back the clock on this.
