? the plan Copper prices have been and remain very strong . If it was up to me the sub station would be hooked up and all the mill circuits would be getting a dry run so they are ready to go . You don`t need permits for that other than BC Hydro . There is no effluent discharge . So what`s the hold up ? It`s closing in on the end of March already and it`s been days since I saw anybody with a mask on . No excuses .
