Its San Matias comprises mining titles covering over 146.62 square kilometers and has an additional 893.91 square kilometers of mining titles under application.

CLOUDBREAK RESOURCES LTD. WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR

Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. has appointed Paul D. Gray, PGeo, to the company's board of directors.

Mr. Gray holds a bachelor of science (honours) degree from Dalhousie University and is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, United States, Asia, and Central and South America for the past 14 years, concentrating on base-metal, precious-metal and uranium exploration.

Additionally, Mr. Gray served as president and chief operating officer of Doublestar Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by Selkirk Metals Corp. in July, 2007. Currently the principal of Paul D. Gray Geological Consultants, he sits on the boards of Geo Minerals Ltd., as well as Bluerock Resources Ltd., where he is a key contributor.

"Mr. Gray has shown enthusiastic interest, displayed sharp intuition and has been exceptionally thorough in work performed on behalf of the company to date. We consider him a valuable asset, and as such, feel privileged to have him join our team," said Richard Macey, president of Cloudbreak.
