The news will be announced once the "deals" are finalized, apparently it's going back and forth between the  lawyers.

I'm going to lay low until that comes up, too many speculations, I'm not paying too much attention to them. Kirk is actively moving this forward, just going to let him do his job and bring the news once ready.
