O Ye Of Little Faith

You can bail or hail or wail or you have the stomach for it.

WhatI'm seeing now looks like the pre-rally fear tactic to shake off somecheap shares from weak hands. I know there are manipulators out there inthe background with a few Mil shares (no doubt using MF's varioustraders) that are playing this right now. I've seen this trend in thepast just about before every rally. This big volume, a day or two beforea big announcement just spells that in every way.

I spoke to Kirk this Tuesday and he reported some good develeopments butasked that I not share the details publicly, and I promised. He wasgoing to prepare a news release to outline the agreements "this week". Imust admit it was not the news that I was expecting for this time, butit sure was a big advance this this company. There is also otherpositive developments which he is going to put out.

What you're seeing now is nothing but smoke in your face. The truth will come out very soon.

Thanks blackgold99 for your timely uplifting post. I hope same applies to my V.UBR which is having similar trepidations.

Who is rating these posts like a hyena?Blackgold has a conversation with Kirk detailing some impending news, and that gets a 1, and initially before I put my vote in, the posts with absolutely no credence like "I smell something fishy" (though I will make no attempt to back that up) got a 4?Something is not right here al right, and it feels to me like a lying bullboard by a lot of people ...more

I've noticed the same rating scam... Agendas at work here: Influence on impatient shareholders. I've seen to many stocks flounder for a "long time" then suddenly soar. Kicked myself afterwards. I'm keeping my shares. Also not paying attention to the heavy volume crosses for half pennies or so. Just plumps trying to get plumper. CDO has secured lots of mining ...more

I am with your wording: Something is not right here!I will not comment anything else anymore, I just notice that something is going on which can't please shareholder at all. And I simply do not trust anybody here anymoire, neither poster here nor insider nor reed nor Dwek.

PS:Within an enormously short period approx 50% of all existing shares at cDO have been dumped, shorted or whatever. I only know naked short selling as an argument. But taking into account that this does not have been the reason for those 40 million shares dumped since end of November 2010 - and as MineralFields did not have such a big amount of shares. So, if people here talk about manipulation.. ...more

?The news will be announced once the "deals" are finalized, apparently it's going back and forth between the  lawyers.I'm going to lay low until that comes up, too many speculations, I'm not paying too much attention to them. Kirk is actively moving this forward, just going to let him do his job and bring the news once ready.

Probably need to do another PP to pay the lawyers, we all know they are the biggest milkers around the longer they can drag anything out the greater to their advantage.

Here here - that is the right approach and what I am doing as well.
Comment by chromy on Jan 14, 2011 3:26pm
This to me sounds like a JV in the works, perhaps more than one. Might also include a PP on the strenght of the "deals" which may include JV's, perhaps some partnership with another company (like a merger of equals) and/or some share investment interest from a nearby property holder, etc., all of which require regulators' feedback. Something to ponder over the weekend. I'm ...more

chromy, you're not wrong my friend, at least on the first few points. As far as the "all those dumping...40 milion..." Not sure who was selling, but I was told that the new investors managed to pick up over 20Mil shares in the last 3 weeks. They'll be revealed soon.
Comment by pick4ore on Jan 14, 2011 4:32pm
Totally agree! How can they pay a cent to the lawyers when they can't even afford to get their own assay results that have been sitting finished for many months. LOL Where will they get more cash from? They need a real investor w/deep pockets. GLTA!! ;)
