Might also include a PP on the strenght of the "deals" which may include JV's, perhaps some partnership with another company (like a merger of equals) and/or some share investment interest from a nearby property holder, etc., all of which require regulators' feedback. Something to ponder over the weekend. I'm gonna stick around to see what materialises next week.
