As far as the REE's, the neighboring explorer co's are interested. Those are fly-in fields without road access, as the current explorers are producing. No news about the details, but there's talk and interest.

But the easiest field to mobilize for mining would be Val D'or, as soon as CDO get's the financing they can start the next day. That's their plan of action, with good accessibility and utility available as well as good drill results, this will quickly put CDO in the mining map.
