But this is the rumour, and there is a special meeting called for March 11, and the notice goes out on feb. 4. We shall see then if it is true. What I also heard was that if the vote is succesful on it, it doesn't necesaarily have to be done. Sort of a back up position if they can't get the financing they want (they won't do one at .05). And it also lets them get a list of all the shareholders and see who is who. People can say what they want, but there is no doubt there has been sustianed accumulation of CDO shares over the last 2 months.
