Joe screwed the new CEO - plain and simple - and he fought back not by accepting Joe's lower offer. Joe manipulated the stock downward and then tried to get him to finance at the lower price that Joe created!!!!!
I say the new CEO is a hero for creating a scenario that Joe is moving out the door instead of ensconcing himself forever. I agree entirely with goldengirl's predictions, but I say .10 much before easter.
Now, it is getting strange to you? I hope I have not sounded disrespectful, but considering your long and frustrating history with the other guy I am having a hard time reconciling that.
Give the new guy a chance for gosh sakes. You really need to understand how vital it is to get rid of Joe. Seriously.
I am going to take some time one day and do a survey of companies who have financed, or flow through financed with Joe and compare it to other companies in the same area who didn't finance with Joe. You will see an absolutely stunning difference that you can not believe.

Okay, check the charts on DEC, MTB, EFG, bolero, CDO, All Joe. All struggling beyond comprehension. I have a long list of Joe stocks and it is very rare to find one doing well.
I tell you what I do now. I can actually look at a chart and tell you if Joe is in it.
Anyway, I am going on too long, but my point is this is a courageous move and there is nothing strange about it. You at .40 cents in this stock in the hottest sector in the world basically, are down about 85 percent under the leadership of Rene - that to me is strange that it is not Rene who is strange.
Anyway, we haven't seen eye to eye yet, and I am going to presume you won't see it any differently this time. But I just can't respectfully agree with your assessment.
One of us will be right in the end, but I see us moving up very nicely from this price as things come together and this becomes a turn around story.
