He's in Vancouver now, and had been meeting with interested parties, going through into next week, and sorting out all kinds of offers and conditions towards a joint venture agreement for Murphy Lake. He'll be putting out a nr once an agreement is signed.
He had nothing to do with the shares consolidation, he was asked by majority shareholders and "had no choice but to put this forward" Reed also does not believe that it will go through, Rene with his 20Mil plus many other majors will vote against it.
He has no idea who dumped the 5mil of Mon-Tue as he claims he "was not involved with that"
The Pepper Rock deal is contingent on them putting up the money and about 4mil co shares (as much/less as those are worth), so no cash no show.

BTW wildman, concerning the Jaws Dwek factor, what I think caused the change of heart re the .10 PP was due to insider selling near the highs of .09 which was badly timed by Rene and Naylor, yet it served only to their favor. That caused a dampening effect and broke the upward momentum, MF lost confidence in a 10 cent PP and it made 5 cents look more reachable so they they did their magic trick to bring it lower. This got CDO and new investors pissed and wanted to sever ties with MF.
