For instance, he has bought a ton of warrants at .75 at EFG and the stock is trading at .28. 

All I know is strange sh** happens when this guy is in the mix, and I really feel that another investor would have kept adding to his position.  This guy will sell it.

However, on the bright side... a 1 million share commitment from canaccord is a darn good thing.  Surely, this is just the start for them.
