At 20 cents, surely, this is an old offering that he just exercised his warrants.  I haven't done the DD on it, but please, don't tell me this is a new thing. I don't care that it is at 20 cents, this is still not good news. Darn it, I was hoping for investors who don't sell the story.

So what at .20 cents let him back in
Comment by wildman2 on Feb 02, 2011 2:17pm
Yeah, for you that might be great who were smarter than me and averaged this down to 4 or 45, but I am not going to like a guy who is selling this at 09 or 08 or whatever he decides to sell it at. This is crazy.  Why would he say no to a 10 financing and buy warrants at 20.  Any one know that?
Comment by goldengirl20 on Feb 02, 2011 2:22pm
This still means the stock will cost him .20 each when he exercises the warrents, is that not a good thing , meaning he will try to take it above that and then dump it. I might be missing something here but that is how I read it.

I wouldn't worry so much wildman, he can't do much damage with 2.5Mil once this picks up the momentum of some sure good news and the market responds...he can only bring it down when when it stops moving or on light volume and on uncertainty. When there are facts out there (JV, financing, drilling results, drilling on tested fileds...) he can't do much at that point.
Comment by wildman2 on Feb 02, 2011 2:26pm
You would think so, but I need a phd in mathematics with this guy.  For instance, he has bought a ton of warrants at .75 at EFG and the stock is trading at .28.  All I know is strange sh** happens when this guy is in the mix, and I really feel that another investor would have kept adding to his position.  This guy will sell it. However, on the bright side... a 1 million share ...more

Maybe it has something to do with cce's halt today and good news coming??

Joe knows that .20 is safe because he was the jerk who renegged the financing at .10 and then brought it down to .05 hoping to crush the CEO into submission. The CEO deserves a hero badge for this.  Getting Joe to come in at .20.  You have to be pretty savvy (and have some resources to bring that confidence) to do this.
Comment by goldengirl20 on Feb 02, 2011 2:39pm
could be they keep getting stellar results in Quebec the past few mths and the big one last mth could be more coming and Cannarcord is heavy in them.

Take one guess who stunted that rally.

Those warrants, Dwek got, are based on a past private placement. Nobody can forbid Dwek to pay CDO for receiving those warrants. pig4door is an idiot who does not get anything or who wants to fool shareholder with his lies: Those warrants are not 'new' offers made by CDO !
Comment by wildman2 on Feb 02, 2011 3:46pm
I will be honest with you.  I don't care if he paid .20, that's good news to me.  You can see now that he just sells sells and sells. On the same day he bought warrants at .20 privately, he sells the shares publicly at .035 and he is the seller in the last half hour to hurt momentum at .04.It is a wacky tax write off and doubledown with shares/warrants and stay cash strong game ...more

According to Sedi, Dwek just transferred 5 million shares to his Pathway Multi Series Fund on January 31. Usually this anticipates an unloading of his position as was the case with the 1 million shares he dumped in November. I guess today was the beginning so I am expecting another 3.5-4 million shares to be unloaded in the next few days. Best course of action would probably be to just sit on the ...more

usually that would be the case but the 5 million he sent over to pathway are his 20s i believe and he is not going to sell his 20s at this level.there is no additional tax benefit to lose that much.i will agree tho that when they go to pathway it is not good at some point.
Comment by deleuze68 on Feb 02, 2011 9:42pm
These are actually separate from the 20's transaction. The 20's warrants went to his Mineral Fields B.C. flow through account. The 5 million transferred on January 31 to Pathway are not warrants and they date back to at least August of last year.    A ' 1530313 2010-08-30 2010-09-04 ...more
