RE: RE: RE: RE: Special MeetingThe vote was not announced arbitrarily - - it was put forward by a group of shareholders that had a qurom (20%) as per the TSX rules. CDO had a responsbility to bring it forward. I believe the vote for the consolidation will now be moved to the AGM in May, as the shareholders (including those that put it forward?) don't seem to have an appetite for it. That includes me! So please don't get me wrong - I don't want it either. Just want to get some facts straight about it.
