The warrants are not publicly traded, and they haven't been in the money, so unless they have expired (and some may have), why would MF be out of warrants? MFis just holding them - which account, I couldn't venture a guess, but MF must hold a bunch of warrants from all the fiancings - virtually every one of the financing they participated in gave them millions of cheap warrants - most around .10, so they would still be sitting on them. Anyway, I don't dispute your view that MF has been very damaging to CDO, and I certainly look forward to the day MF is out ....
