I should add tha if those things don't happen (i.e. change in management, new investors taking over), then CDO will continue to languish. For me, the biggest thing going right now are the new investors. Do they exist? Is the massive accummulation, that appears to have gone on for the last few months, real? If it is, there is little doubt CDO will move significantly higher over the next year. The question is, is it real?
