Why do we need five directors?Candorado has no money at all....so.....why shall CDO have five directors? And....who is going to pay their salary? By dilution after rollback as it is done by so many micrcaps? Why shall I vote for five directors before I have got any business plan which justifies that we need five directors?

Who knows anything about their business background? Are they experienced? Why do we need those guys if we do not know at all if they have experiences in business or in commodities?
