RE: ProxyTrade4ever, individual shareholders, unless they bought their shares personally, do not recieve the proxies; their brokerage houses do. The individual shareholders are rarely the "registered" shareholder. I had to ask my broker several times to vote my shares. And I assume those European shareholders bought on the Frankfurt exchange, which may have different rules.
