Recommendation to the management1. Sell those properties, which are not that much promising.
2. JointVentures with such properties would be eyewash as there is nothing of value. So sell it !
3. Take all money and concentrate on properties extremely near to successful competitors. The chance to find something will be much higher than anywhere else. As cash is small any other drills would be ridiculous and a waste of money currently.
4. Manage as big cap who have lost view for reality with too many products: Reduce your exploration on essentials like rae earth and lithium.....or on commodities near to GWQ. This makes sense. Do not waste $100k here and another $100k some 100 miles somewhere else. This is real waste of money
5. Try to win new investors with a real and realistic concept. Stop dreaming like Rene Bernard did. Investors do not have respect for such infantil leading of a company. They are not stupid !
6. Insider should buy much more shares at this price level...otherwise investors do not win faith...if insider do not show faith in their own story !!!!!!!!
7. Be more honest regarding news and present news !
8. Keep the stockmarket informed, whatever happens in the company. The stockmarket gets the feeling the story is dead and managment is not able to handle the story.
9. If the new management is not able to go on....get out ! Better you leave the company than you destroy it by unability! Prove that you are better than Bernard. He has used CDO as a trading game - show that you are businessmen with gut !
