I know, they've been saying that since the beginning of this year, and also got pretty close to some shady investors and then backed off, but it looks like there are some serious investors at hand now.
The new board hasn't met yet to assign the positions,, Reed is still ceo until they form the new board, and is following up on the agreements in development, I spoke to him a few weeks ago, "these things take time" is his mantra, but he and other new investors are loading up on cdo shares in the millions.
Don't look too closely to the leafs and branches, you'll miss the forest. CDO is not to be followed up as a day trader, 20k up, 40K down, will drive you nuts! and is nothing material until real action is taken and disclosed.
