These shares he is buying at .025 he will most certainly sell into any run at .04 or .05. Hell, he will probably sell at .03, and kill any run in the stock.
He is a gambler of stock he got family and friends to buy, damaging the very investment he convinced those closest to him to buy. You don't get much lower than that ....
