RE: The Bomb Has Been Dropped Well... I have never been on the winning side of a consolidation but I have heard the myth of the possibility. Then again, there was the Unicorn rumour and the Stephen Harper 'Emotion' rumour..... anyway... i digress.
The rule that I hope they are following is to ONLY engage in a consolidation in conjunction with very significant news (and perhaps even a strong private placement and insider buy) at the new consolidated level to reassure every existing investor that they are not going to backslide into the pre-consolidation value.
IT CAN BE DONE. BUT IT MUST BE DONE PROPERLY.
Simply saying.... hey fellah's 3 pennies is laughable....we want to be worth 15 cents and then doing nothing but sitting like a possum for months after will result in 1/5 the shares and the same sub-nickel share price as the flacid balloon deflates once again. Larger yes... but still flacid. ;-)
If there is no compelling story and steady stream of news following the consolidation, we will be in the toilet again before you know it.
Heed my warning Management Team. I have paid dearly for these lessons and they are real.
