I believe the AGM was on March 11th; does anyone know how the vote for a 5:1 split went?

The AGM will be in early May, announcements will go out this month concerning the issues that will be dealt with such as the reverse split vote, new board members, etc.

...if managament does anything without that we know and without that we would be able to vote for or against the rooblack, I would be the first who would initiate a law suit ! And....I am not kidding, be shure! I demand that Reed behave correct reagrding his idea to rollback. If he does not offer to ALL shareholder to vote he behave criminal. I will not believe he does this !!!!

Intersting....AGM in MAy, not released till today. I am curious if the Proxis for voting will be offered to shareholder only three days before the AGM !!! I have been in such situation some years ago already: Shareholder have not been able to react in time to a reverse split as the proxis have been offered four days before the AGM and so the management screwed shareholder as they have not been

There is no news release.  This is trade4ever doing what he does for whatever reason.  Trade4ever is so negative about this stock and says he is a holder for 10 years and is a holder now.  However, with the spreading of rumours and negativity which would fly in the face of all logical thinking by any long, I am now of the mind that trade4ever does not own a single share of this

Actually wildman, I have known and seen trader on cdo bullboard for the past 8 or 9 years as I have also been in that long.  He was always positive and defending the company all these years until just lately, say the past 9 or 10 months.  I guess a person just gets to a point where they are fed up.  I had concerns for a couple of years and started to voice them and my frustrations

Sure, of course, there are two sides to every story.  Of course, but that never means that a daily rant ripping the company makes any sense.  To repeat the same angry rant every day does not make sense unless you are short the company, or you wish ill to the company.  I cannot explain it any better than that.  From any logical viewpoint that simply cannot be argued. islandjon, I am sorry that I have to said, that wildman is an idiot. I did not say, by the way, that the AGM is in May...this has been said by the poster who did Post #2952242. I just was wondering where HE got this from! Assume Reed told him by phone.So, people like wildman should learn to read my posts carefully first and than....shut up. Best advice, I guess. Should shareholders not rec some sort of notice , especially if a vote is to take place (legally) I have not rec or seen anything other than there will be a vote on the 5 for 1 consolidation at the AGM but no date supplied.

Shareholders have to recieve notice of the meeting.  There is nothing official yet. No vote can legally take place without the notice and opportunity for shareholders to cast their vote.  I will certainly be watching for it as I have a significant # of shares. Likely more than anybody here.

Are you bragging or complaining, I think we all have a significant amt of shares and would not even want to guess each others holdings because what might be a lot to one might be a drop in the bucket for some else GOODLUCK we will need it.

Watch V.GWR carefully - I predict their success will be CDO's.  The similarities between the two companies will grow.  CDO will be a .20 stock this calendar year.

Who knows which numbers will count. Even my two million shares will not count as other hold 5 to 20 million. I assume there is a small 'old' group of  shareholder holding a medium size of 20 - 25 million of shares. If new investors with signifikant bunches of shares intent to kick out those 'old' shareholder I worry that insider unite with those new investors as they might
