RE: RE: AGMIntersting....AGM in MAy, not released till today. I am curious if the Proxis for voting will be offered to shareholder only three days before the AGM !!! I have been in such situation some years ago already: Shareholder have not been able to react in time to a reverse split as the proxis have been offered four days before the AGM and so the management screwed shareholder as they have not been able to vote against this reverse split! I am very astonished that Reed did not inform shareholder about anything yet......take into account, it is the 4th of April already !!!!!
