Bernard trading

Bernard is buying again big time

to screw shareholder by selling his bunches of shares again at a penny higher. Obviously he gives a shit on any of his former CDO-friends or any other shareholder who still have to suffer by his former 'hold-on' crap. Lousy !

Well, with this millstone round of shareholders neck - beside an inactive management -  I do not see any positive progress in 2012.

Hey, a bullish post from trader4ever. Maybe Greece will balance its budget yet.   So CDO must be going up in price if René is buying, according to a long-time observer. Maybe he will hold out for 2 cents to get a double or even more if something is brewing. Whatever the answer, we can guess that Bernard would not be buying if there was not something going on that would be likely to raise ...more

Can't agree: Rene Bernard was a gambler, is a gambler and will always be a gambler. He knows nothing as he din't know even when he was CEO. He just gambled with properties, hoping the price will increase for selling tons of shares. Unfortunately he has married a b...h and has had to sell with losses. Now he tries to reduce those losses and to pay his divorce. That's all. There is ...more

I heard a rumor awhlie back that Reed was going to start buying on the open market.  Well, I can't see where that is reported so it must just be all rumors.

For the people who bought millions of shares at 2 cents, a move to 5 cents is very interesting.   It may not be interesting to you because you paid so much more than that, but that is not everyone's problem, after all. You might want to consider learning how to mark-to-market in your head and stop focusing on a past that is long gone and not making you any happier or any money.   And ...more

degus, I did not say, that an increase from 2 cent to 5 cent is uninteresting....for gambler. I said, that that the former CEO uses shareholder to make his personal profit by gambling pennies here. And this behaviour definitively can't be in the interst of those shareholder who are not gambling but have invested for a longterm explorer story. Rene Bernard is just interested in short term gains ...more

Here we go again, Rene is gambling again. Shareholder will have to pay big time when he dumps again million of shares. How shall anybody get any faith in this stock if the CFO of CDO uses the stock to play his own private financial games?     As of 11:59pm ET February 8th, 2012 Filing Date Transaction Date Insider Name Ownership ...more

ask 960.000 shares...........would not wonder if insider selling would start again soon as Rene could make 40% plus meanwhile  with those 2 million shares he bought since november. Pity, CDO is insider gambling meanwhile anyway.

Ok, enough of the constant pessimism. You're imagining the worst before you see anything happen, and then make conclusions "insider gambling"...stop this. You sound paranoid. There is no proof of any insider selling, so don't say it.   It won't take anyone's 960K of bid to bring this down, there will always be people selling at different points, as long as there ...more

Blackgold, there is absolutely no point trying to get Trade4ever to change is view.  He is totally consumed with his negativity and cannot let it go.  Like an addict enmeshed with his addiction, he cannot fathom life with out it. He cannot sell and move on, he cannot buy and bring his average way down.  He is just sits there in the dark, muttering away about how he has been a ...more

Constant pessimism? LOL  Sounds like you have not been here for some years.....and until today nothing did change - just a deal with GWQ which has been existing with other companies also in the past. However, in one point you are right: You guys usually never post here because there is nothing to discuss but some reactions to my post. It is a pity that you just have this piece of straw which ...more
