I was impressed by Cloud DX ability to win contracts, but the balance sheet was always weak and made an investment in this company a high risk venture.

I am less impressed with today's announcement of a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
