I am impressed

On May 7, 2024, CloudDX did not disclose the amount of the contract which left most investors in the dark as to the true scale of the contract. Yesterday, CloudDX shared the amount of the contract $9.4 million.

I am impressed.

I was impressed by Cloud DX ability to win contracts, but the balance sheet was always weak and made an investment in this company a high risk venture. I am less impressed with today's announcement of a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
