Teladoc or Medtronic will buy CDX?
I'm almost 100% sure Teladoc or Medtronic will buy CDX. They can fix the problems here and it will be cheap for them to expand their business. I expect a sale for 40 million. They have so many contracts over 25 million! Its silly to sell CDX!!

There are no shares to sell. The secured creditors are in possession of the firm. They may try to sell after a reverse vesting order wipes out all the shareholders and unsecured creditors.
