CanAsia Energy Corp. is a Canada-based junior oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, crude oil and natural gas reserves. The Company, through its subsidiary, Andora Energy Corporation, is focused on developing the bitumen resources at the Sawn Lake property using steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) development. The Company has interests in 27 sections (24.25 net sections) of Sawn Lake Alberta Crown oil sands leases within the Alberta Peace River Oil Sands area. RE:Good LuckOk. Same here. I have been in since Sawne Lake which was the first domestic acquisiton after they purchased Tiger Petroleum in Thailand. 
Since they will be paying a $0.991/sh cash distribution in August,  owning the stock here at $1.11 will be, after the payout, a $0.12/sh cost. Also much capital has been spend over the years on the Andora project and the initial test well came in at 620 bopd then the company planned a 3,500 bopd SAGD program once oil is high enough and makes the project economic (WCS is $100.00 today), Timing is everything.
