anyone have insight as to why this is such a mess? Looks like people are giving up and jumping ship!
Thought the deal would be exciting and help us... like VLE and TNZ have done.

yes it is obvious that the deal/financing is in trouble, but not sure i understand why, and why it has dropped to half so fast. It was at 20-50 cents before the deal and now 10 before it happens. The NR today says the deal is still alive but delayed to sept 25...

Quite the drop off. Never a good sign. Regardless of what the company PR says, this is not good. Do you trust management that everything is as they say it is?

No can never trust management as they have to put on a nice spin.... the price is not a good sign.... I assume if they can finance it will be at a lower price... Hopefully they can salvage something

Cancelled... I think it's the better thing to do rather than raise money down here... sad how poorly the deal was received... but better to be patient than dilute at this price.

i agree it sounds like they have shareholders interests in mind which is their own but that is why you want committed invested principals in a company we will see if they can get a good deal for all shareholders
