With the new share structure after the 19m financing I don't think it's worth 27 cents a share, but certainly a nice chunk of cash avoid further dilution.   Looks like a great move, surprised we closed so weak.

Correct, that number is based on the current outstanding shares (around 38 million).   I am hoping they can close this quickly and use the money to significantly reduce the dilution for Mont D'Or by eliminating the financing or convertible loan. Realistically they could now achieve the same goal and the dilution could be cut by 60% if they execute everything well, which would be ...more

I think they say it closes q1 next year.  I doubt they will touch the financing to get the deal done.  But if they could cancel part of it they perhaps could get a bridge loan.

That's more like it!!  Very well positioned going into the new year.  By early January if they can get the Definitive Agreement for Bulu sale signed AND close Mont D'Or this thing is going to fly!!
