RE:Risk/Reward looks great here! MDC may have potential, but there is still a lot of work to be done, and a lot of money to invest before a mine can be built there. The most recent 43-101 technical report was filed in December 2023, with no mineral reserves, and 800,000 ounces of gold in the mineral resource category. For information, the difference between reserves and resources is the study of the possibility of achieving an economic return from extracting these ounces of gold.
Eventually, a technical report of PFS, DFS category will be required, which must include cartography; topographical surveys; the hydrogeological study; metallurgical testing; the environmental study; recovery tests; the model block; factory engineering; ...
That said, exploration projects at MDC's current level of progress do not sell for $250,000,000. Furthermore, you seem to give disproportionate importance to the operating permit, in terms of value and for what will follow. Honestly, this permit is not what will give value to MDC, or to Cerrado.
I don't want to discourage you, just be aware of the real issues and the time it takes to achieve real results.
Good luck to you
