CERRADO's situation has not changed since its entry into the market.

 

I don't want to be the one who says "I told you so" every time an SP drop happens, because that's stupid. This is just a reminder of the caution that applies to extractive companies that face significant challenges. In short, here is a publication that I made in June 2021, still valid.

Regarding the arrival of Mr Val Coetzee, give him a chance AND time. If the mining plan presents a significant engineering problem, it will be able to correct the situation, provided it has the financial support to implement it. I'll let you anticipate what's next...

WOW! I just read all your posts from june 2021 and it's real gem to discredit you... Your always appear during a drop in sp trying that Cerrado is a ... You predicted a huge dilution like rbx...          There were 70000 shares in circulation in 2021 and now 100000 with the aquisition of voyageur metals!  Really quite a dilution...

I think you focus too much on MDN. You have to remember that 18 months ago ( today erased) a presentation on the cert website gave 0  yes 0 as value for Mdn . So they knew themselves  what argentina was really worth . The reality is that the whole value was coming from MDC project and Mt Sorcier at that time. But  the joke between  the pea and pfs for Mdc was the real start of

yeah a PP of 35 million shares seems possible/probable. I agree that the market is already pricing this in what appears to be front running..selling shares on the open market at higher than the PP price so as to reinvest the proceeds into the company and pocketing the price difference along with associated free warrants.

             18 month ago Cerrado did not own Mont Sorcier... And you say total inability to fund MDC?  Where did you learn that the santander bank refused to finance 70% of the project and sprott had withdrawn its offer to finance the remaining 30%? And why would he need 10million$ with PP? Have you seen the 4th quarter financial repport?
