Yes, the 37-cent financing is closed, the combination with DCK will be done in a few weeks, and the new gas plant should be running in time for the Q1 wells to be hooked up. Buy all you can afford.

has the financing closed and it seems like it will add instant production to the bottom line,the gas facility is what im really interested in getting done,any thoughts on a timeline?

Donnycreek shareholders are also paying $4.93, so I am not sure what your beef is? CEX shareholders end up with more of the prime proven block than before. How is that bad?

dropped to the level it did because of the drop in commodity prices, first, but secondly because of the offering at .37, which is widely regarded as too low.  But actually it really matters ...more
