N.B. Shale Gas Regulations FREDERICTON - New Brunswick's natural resources minister says new regulations governing shale gas exploration and development should be ready by the end of the month.
Bruce Northrup has been promising new regulations since late last year after two exploration companies conducted seismic testing within municipalities without permission.
He says the government is looking at regulations used by other jurisdictions across North America where shale gas exploration is being done.
Northrup says he wanted the new regulations in place by now, but is taking extra time to ensure they're done properly.
Anybody know if oil E&P included in these regulations.
