DCK Initial PP - Could spell more downside - bottom near?

DCK Initial PP - Could spell more downside - bottom near? With all this chatter on the board decided to read into everything a little bit - always like understand everything on a beautiful weekend afternoon.

Looked into some of the past of the co. DCK and Contact and found that part of the issue that got that class action going in the first place was the private placement that was part of the plan of arrangement splitting Donnybrook and DCK.

The placement was done by insiders/mgmt/board for total proceeds of $2.4 million at $0.37 per DCK share or approx $0.62 per KCK share. Assuming the insiders of DCK who are no longer with KCK still holds these shares they could sell their position (at a profit still and put some downward pressure on the stock)

Only reason i bring this up is because of all of the talk of the market depth.

Like the assets here, am an investor in both VII and POU (bought in recently after the Q) along with NVA, love the montney, but dont know at this point if this is the small co to buy into. Just trying to avoid a company that becomes a redcliff (sold to paramount for a song in 07/08, basically became their Kakwa position)
