Premarket is extremely weak

Premarket is extremely weak500 shares bid at $2.72
9,800 shares bid at $2.71
10 shares bid at $1.10

Why is this concerning.  It means bids need to be arranged each day.  Not a very good sign of market strength.  Yesterday someone or an eastern fund closed the stock up with 800 shares.  In a down day the company closed up on 800 shares.  Looks like window dressing.  Or is it that someone knows something that all investors should know.

The history of Kicking Horse is based on the foundation of Donnycreek.  Wonder if the Donnycreek directors needed to speak to regulators related to the vend out from Donnybrook and any other matters ( maybe related to results from wells???).
