More comments coming on Kicking Horses land position. How do you sell lands that are unproven ( still very much exploration lands) when it is burdened with a Gross Override Royalty. There is a 2% GOR on some of Kicking Horses lands. This will reduce the value of the lands for anyone evaluating the company. It is a real impediment. More to come on the GOR
