Gross Override Royalty to a Geologist

Gross Override Royalty to a Geologist

The company has a GOR to a geologist.  The Gross Override Royalty is for 2%.  That makes it more challenging to farm out or sell the lands to a prospective buyer.  The GOR is an anchor to the company's lands.

This is another legacy issue brought into this company from Donnycreek.

Investors be aware that this GOR in this commodity price environment is negative for the assets.

What did this company/geologist do to earn this GOR.  More on the company and the geologist later.

By the way the 2% comes right off the top before any deductions.  This will be one more reason for the exploration lands to possibly expire in 1.48 years.

Please note the company is presenting that their additional lands represent value.  Do they in this environment, and with the GOR?  Maybe the GOR is not worth that much if the lands will expire because of it.
