Investors, I told you they were going to do a financing.THe company does a very small flow through financing. Investor suffer a dilution, and did you note Steve and Ray did not take any of the financing. Usually there is a portion of the financing that would be taken by management.
Way to go guys, you did not even pay the Brokerage Firms that cover you. Classy move on your part. You have coverage and you do not even pay the companies that cover you. Way to build strong relationships.
The big question is, if the cash flow is so great, why finance. Because the business model, the wells and the cash flow is not working.
Please note, that I could clearly see that the boys wanted to do a financing, but there is no real interest in the company. Sure they got some flow through and CEE is usually pretty easy to raise. I hope they have done their work on ensuring that Revenue Canada does not challenge the Exploration Expense. I would expect, that the Calgary office of Revenue Canada will be reviewing this next well that is suppose to be Exploration. Hmm thought most of the Montney is mapped. I do not distance from other drilled wells is going to be a sufficient argument.
Investors the management did not buy. What does that tell you. Please call your broker/advisers to look at this story. The stock is going into a period of quiet times. No well results and the effect will be to allow the stock to slide. Do not be fooled but little jumps this stocks trend is down. My humble opinion
