Paramount Resources: Insider Ownership = ~50%
Tourmaline Oil Corp: Insider Ownership : ~30%
Canadian Energy Services: Insider Ownership: ~16%
Kicking Horse Energy: ~3.8%
This is the reason I am not long - though full discretion I am long the other 3 names.
Not promoting those names but this is what I look at when investing.
I want to know if this does well shareholders (incl. mgmt) benefit but if it goes the other way they are hurt - its only fair.
It's all about alignment - are they working for you (the shareholder) or themselves?
