I'm not sure who you are responding to, but my guess it is one of the group of bashers (that I have on ignore) who have come here to mount an organised attack on the company. I would suggest outing them on ignore as I have. They will get tired of talking to themselves, and eventually fck off. If you respond to their garbage, that will encourage them to post even more ridiculous verbal vomit. Thanks
