Big buyer
Sterling Investments, out of Barbados, just picked up another 3.5 million shares, at a price of $4.70. They now have a total of 11.13 million shares, or 18% of the total outstanding.
Ask yourself one question; why would they be buying so many shares, at only a 5-cent discount to the offer, when the deal won't close for a couple of months?
Probable answer; they expect a higher offer. Me too. :o)
