Maybe CEX should have announced a duster and the share price would have risen?  How many more millions of shares needed to be dumped by the devils?

this is done like dinner. it is a vicious cycle. warrant holders taking .005 profit. new holders taking .005 profit. we won't see .15 cents until 2020.
