Well,thus far it looks like shareholders think we got the short end of the stick because we are down while Donnycreel is up big time. Any views on this that would explain this outside of the 20 mil in financing?

As part of the merger, Contact was valued at 0.37 and Donny at about 3 dollars which I suspect the new company would start trading at around 4.5 to 5 dollars.

Also the financing deal was done at .37 cents. Almost all recent bought financings have reduced the stock price back to the financing amount. I haven't read the deal but I really don't think CEX did badly in this deal. Added a lot of land in a key area. I am going to read it completely when I get a chance later today. This is a pretty smart group so I doubt they would do something that
